How is concierge different from a Care Plan? +

Care Plans are subscription support: remote monitoring, firmware updates, a quarterly visit, capped remote-help minutes. Concierge is a relationship — a named lead tech, eight to sixteen guaranteed visits a year, after-hours reach, and we take ownership of the property's tech roadmap, not just the tickets you raise. Care Plan is reactive-first; Concierge is proactive-first.

Is there a contract? +

Month-to-month with a 90-day initial commitment so we have time to actually learn the property. After that, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We'll hand back the runbook, vault, and configuration documentation in full.

What happens if my lead tech leaves? +

Every concierge engagement is staffed with a primary and a documented backup. The runbook is the source of truth, not the technician's memory — so a successor walks in already knowing the property. Continuity is part of what you're paying for.

Do you sell hardware? +

We recommend hardware and source it at cost-plus, fully transparent. You can also bring your own. We never take vendor rebates or kickbacks; the only money we make is your subscription and labor.
